Hey you guys so this is my monk build:

http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/monk#bZgSfk!bYU!bYYYaZ

Its been working so far for me. I'm level 50 at the moment but hoping to be level 60 by this weekend. I tried to use wave of light instead of lashing tail kick but it seemed like lashing tail kick was better. Idk might just be me. Any tips are appreciated!

I would a different attack with a more spirit regen, such as DR:SB ; FoT:QE; CW:RT or WOtHF:SS.

with the extra spirit, i would try using EP:FW (instead of CS) and WoL:EW or EL to nuke the mobs. Once you get to 60 and unlocked IS:FP, then you can use CS with LTK and IS:FP! :D

Okay I think I got what you were saying. Sorry I've been playing my monk for a little over a week so I still haven't memorized the skills or anything lol. But this is the new one I just made. Is this a better build?

I'm sure that it will work until 60. SW:IS should give you more Spirit to drop bells with :)

Okay I changed it to SW:IS. I feel like now that I'm using WoV that LTK is kinda useless now. Should I keep using it or switch to a different skill?

If you are using WoL then drop LTK. Spirit Generators aren't typically fast enough to accommodate 2 spirit spenders.

Maybe try : http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/monk#UdeSfk!bYU!YbbYaZ

DS is your CC movement skill to get you out jailed or danger fast. If you need S:A, then swap it with DS. Depending on your desperation, if you don't need the healing, swap Transcendence for CoR for more spirit.

I hope it helps :)

Once 2.1 hits live servers I'm going to put a lot of effort into perfecting a high damage high survivability wizard built around arcane torrent and black hole. I like those skills because the have great synergy with group play. I never solo, so my build will have the group concept in mind.

I'm also anxiously waiting for 2.1. When it goes live, I'll be working towards a triple element (Lightning, Cold, and Fire) Crusader. Depth Diggers will give a boost to Slash [Electrify], the Roland's Set will give a boost to Sweep Attack [Frozen Sweep], and +% Fire Damage to Falling Sword [superheated] and Bombardment [Annihilate]. I'll post the build here once I get everything squared away.

It's all speculation for now, but I've always wanted a viable build that uses the three traditional elements. I've tried with the Barbarian and Monk, but it's not going as smoothly as I thought.
